Copyright Infringement: All marketing material created by Crisp Results is copyrighted. Making any physical or digital copies without written permission is unlawful. You will be fined and a Cease and Desist letter will be delivered. 

Payment Payment can be made using this form or online by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover and must be made prior to delivery.

Approvals Business Cards and Brochures will be sent a proof and must be reviewed for any errors and approved via email prior to being printed.

Pricing Prices quoted include artwork and printing.

Changes If changes are made to the original information supplied a $30+GST artwork fee will apply per change.

Cancellation In the event of a cancellation of an order a non-refundable fee of $40+GST will be charged to cover administrative and artwork fees incurred. Cancellations will be given within 30 days of the order placed.

No Response or Approval: If the customer does not respond to an email for approval of artwork in 90 days they forfiet the order and will not be reimbersed. 

DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

You are not required to purchase any business support materials or services in order to become a Nu Skin distributor.

These business support materials or services are produced and distributed by an independent distributor of Nu Skin Enterprises United States, Inc and not by Nu Skin Enterprises United States, Inc. Although some distributors may have found these products and services to be helpful in their Nu Skin business, they are not required in order to be a distributor and no success is guaranteed because you purchase them. your refusal to purchase these items will not affect your upline's responsibility to provide you with training and support. 

Nu Skin Enterprises United States, Inc. does not approve, endorse, recommend or support these materials and services. Your expenditures on these items should be reasonable and the amount

you spend should be in relation to your business and sales volume.

In the event you desire to return the business support materials or services, you may obtain a refund only from the independent distributor who sold you the business support materials or services. You may cancel your purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. After the third day, you are entitled to a refund of 90 percent of the purchase price if you return the business support materials or services to the seller at the address listed on this receipt within 12 months of the date of purchase.

You may terminate automatic renewal orders/subscriptions, etc. at any time by providing written or electronic notice to the seller. You may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction.
There are no refunds or returns after custom materials have been created, approved, and sent to print.
